I agree that dna will probably be left behind on the mouthpiece so it will be an educational process to get the person subjected to the test to collect the mouthpiece. Most people won't care in a roadblock setting but I don't want my employer analyzing my dna and finding out I have a cancer marker or some other reason to terminate me. I worked for a big company that wanted to own you and know everything about you. They were desperate for young people to get their insurance rates down but had a reputation that had to settle for old guys. Breathalyzer or pisz test anytime of day or night while on the job.
