How about we give the CEO the 30days (tomorrow) he said he expects it to take per the PR "The Company will soon be forming a new entity in Colorado and announcing a plan of merger between the new company and the current Delaware corporation. The Company expects all of this work to be completed in the next 30 days and plans to issue a press release upon the formation of the new entity updating shareholders at that time." That includes the share reduction, and mentions PR (announcing the interview??)
