Uh nope, don't see that at all. It's already been established that if the two sides to a transaction go off at a different price, both legs show on the tape. So the bottom line is you don't have enough information to make that determination.
Curious to know (rhetorical because I already know) if you have ever heard back from FINRA telling you that you are right about the bypasses.
