How this ticker PPS was that high without any revenu and assets is incomprehensible. Even now with this market cap it would be way too high for me to get in since there is NO revenu.
They seems to have been through numerous acquisitions and partneship but we've yet seen any fruits coming from that.
Not suprising that this has only been going down for the last 6 months even with all the acquisition.

I'll be waiting on the bench for next quarter to see if there is something coming out of it but so far through my short DD I can't find any real interest at this moment.
