This will be my last post for today....if you ask of me a serious question, or if you reply in a serious way, I will address your inquiry tomorrow.
US Global Airways is EXTREMELY different from the old company:
New Name
New ticker
New Airport as base of operations (with unbelievable incentives!).
New Management
New Board of Directors
New Staff
New destinations
New business plan
New FSDO handling certification
New stock structure (soon to be).
New Attorneys and New Accountants
Newly discovered talent (Felix Malitsky, just to name 1).
Newly discovered guidance from Conrad Kalitta.
New plane (767-300)
New Office Space
New Lease (rather than owning) of plane(s).
This list goes on and on and on. What isn't new is the PROGRESS up to this pont (as the FAA is allowing US Global Airways to continue in the certification process where Baltia Air Lines left off) and those restrictions placed on Upper Management and the BOD - remember those?
Upper Management and those on the BOD are restricted from selling any of their shares until 6 months after first revenue generating scheduled flights begin.
ALSO....the restrictions mentioned above follow the shares. In other words, Igor's shares.....which are now in his estate and held for the time being by NY State....cannot be sold on the open market until 6 months after revenue generating flights.
The same holds true for Barry's shares, and for Russ Thal's shares, and for any others who received their shares on the original agreement referred to above.
My advice is still the same: "Invest only what you can comfortably afford to lose, but BLTA at these incredibly low prices is, IMO, a tremendous bargain with huge upside potential."
My group of about 20 have been accumulating since about mid February, to the tune of over 140 million shares to date. LOL.....where do you think all of those shares at between .0042 and .0049 went to last Friday?
If you want to be rich someday, then look at what the rich people do and just do the same.
