All or none. A/N. an option when you're placing orders. If there's heavy volume the orders go through easily. Or usually one can just pay the Ask price and get filled easily. But if you're on the bid side or under the bid, if the market maker takes the price down you may not get filled if it's a quick dip and you have an order set with the A/N for 10k shares, like when this hit in the .17's today. Didn't last long. Of course the issue would be if you didn't have the A/N set, you may have only filled a couple shares of that 10K.
