Thought the schedule ran thru May for request for summary judgement..
THIS MATTER having come before the Court on February 8, 2017, on a telephonic
status conference, the Court hereby enters the following Interim Scheduling Order:
1) By March 1, 2017, Plaintiffs will serve an expert report limited solely to bringing
current the HHI figures in Appendix A annexed to the complaint;
2) By March 15, 2017, the parties shall complete fact discovery;
3) By March 31, 2017, Defendants will serve expert reports;
4) By April 14, 2017, the parties shall depose each other’s experts;
5) April 18, 2017 at 2:00 p.m., the Court shall conduct a further telephonic status
conference and Defendants shall inform the Court whether they will move for
summary judgment;
6) By April 24, 2017, Defendants shall file any motion for summary judgment;
7) By May 8, 2017, Plaintiffs shall file opposition to any motion for summary
judgment;
