We all know that it isn't a race, and Joe should know that. He doesn't seem to know that there is even a starting line. He could at least share why the process is taking so long. I certainly don't understand this length of time to get those shares back. Almost a year now. That is not a race, but his procrastination seems more feasible. Why else are we given NO information? imo
