Thanks SSO, "so it's lights out for GDSI" sounds valid...given no recent SEC forms. GDSI needs to man-up with the financials they are required to file. Are they hiding something? How can a publicly-traded company just blow off shareholders for months, years? This is truly deplorable.

According to Delgado he is unlikely to comment anymore until he can either do a filing or Press release , so it's lights out for GDSI until that happens
