What's the odds the creditors see this and feel they should get more of their money back.if they are getting a discount on the payback because of the chap 11?...I don't know the details..but I'm guessing they will b receiving less than the full amount owed?....or does the chap 11 just stretch it out longer to make the payments more reasonable? Cause it looks like they would be in very good shape post bk no?
