IPCI isn't even registering a pulse with institutional money right now and hasn't for 3 years running now ever since Tekla, Broadfin and Sabby all exited their combined 6M share position.

With that said I've been adamant over the past 3 years that big money will eventually come back and initiate accumulation when IPCI starts dramatically increasing the valuation metrics that drive market sentiment.

But all the while institutional money remains indifferent to all of IPCI's progress made over the past 6 months...we'll continue to languish at the whim of the group that's been gaming this stock for 3 years running now.

Like you say though...a Rexista, PODRAS or Regabatin deal will definitely have a dramatic impact/effect on how big money perceives IPCI's immediate future...it's just getting there from here that people must decide on.

For me it's a no brainer to wait as I still firmly believe that this is a story stock in the making that will eventually be driving BILLIONS in revenue...and I view 2017 as transformative in nature
