Just some thoughts regarding our situation. So as we stand now we're in a great position to collect monies owed through the settlement/ distribution. I'm assuming AdvisorShares wil not be able to get a loan of 2.5 million because of Galanis name attached to Fund. So what do we do. If they cannot pay us we could go back to court and get a default judgement. If it judgement defaults we go back to owning 60% of AdvisorShares or possibly 100%. We then sell our portion to a buyer. This is just speculation but it would be the best possible payout for shareholders.

If AdvisorShares gets the 2.5 million we then are in position to recover value through our URL and other legal proceedings to take back what's already been distributed through the settlement. Just my thoughts. Does anyone have any ideas on scenarios or agree this is a possibility?
