Why do they need to issue 1.7 billion shares if they're generating so much revenue?

The fact is Wade is a career con-artist who places scam companies into OTC shells in return for mountains of restricted stock that is always worthless by the time he's able to sell it. That is OPMZ's new business plan.

This is maybe the tenth OTC scam he's been behind in the past couple years?
