Here it is. See link below. As of 3/31 Toledo Advisors owned exactly ZERO shares of ERHC. The only thing they owned was a convertible debenture which allowed them to convert the convertible debenture into up to 9.9% of the shares outstanding. Another ERHC myth debunked.
