False, when the buyout comes, Inwith will swallow Epgl but Epgl will remain an affiliate and will be still responsible.
Furthermore you forget that PWC were appointed by justice to manage the shares of one of the 2 biggest shareholders of Epgl. If there is a problem, Pwc has to report it , Pwc is responsible and look at what the Epgl Ceo's do.
