Use Logic. The longer it takes to file financials the BETTER it is...a tiny company with nothing can file in a day.....I HOPE THIS TAKES EVEN LONGER....MAKES ME THINK ITS EVEN BIGGER...THINK ABOUT SOMETHING FOR A MINUTE...

THINK HARD......Now management in China realizes what a HIT the stock shell of DOLV has become... they see the liquidity..they see this thing being a DARLING...A DOLL of otc right now.. thats like catching lightning in a bottle...

EVERY company wants a highly liquid stock right? So maybe thats exactly why they may put even MORE assets into this shell..even MORE than before ! Why squander the opportunity of mass liquidity on the american markets..best market in the world..might as well put as much into this shell as you can.... maybe not the plan on day one...but plans likely have changed.

which is likely why we are seeing delays..there was no filing yet, it was managements discretion what they put into this...and with big action and liquidity they likely decide to add more to this...why not ?

This RM grants them access to the US markets..in a HIGHLY, LIQUID AND VISIBLE STOCK...HIGHLY TRADED..HIGHLY WATCHED.... WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR IF YOU ARE THE COMPANY ?

And we know the RULE...1 year probationary period on the otc.. so they bring big assets to a highly traded, liquid stock.. it moves up exponentially..and in April or May of 2018 its onto the nasdaq...

COULD NOT BE BETTER ....THIS IS MORE REASON WHY I AM ALL IN..
