The one compliment from Mr. Porreca says:

"Having spent 45 years in real estate I am eminently qualified to say that you can not possibly find anyone better to assist you in your real estate needs."

That sort of suggests to me that's he's a real estate agent.

As far as "interests of John Nano, one peg above those two items" -- how many CEOs can you think of that DON'T put their own interests above those of shareholders?
