I've learned the best pennies to get in on are the ones that aren't mentioned much, are quiet, impending merger or news and someone slowly buying. This was the top hit on my stock screener and got 4.2M shares at .0007. Also, a low share structure with less than 2B shares is best as well. Most of the ones with 3-6B shares dilute on any news and leave a lot of people "holding the bag" so to speak and losing their money. One other thing, I never hold pennies as investments but trade them. Tried years ago holding them and got burned every time.
