rocket: You are misreading the assignments partly because of the unusual order they were filed.

1. YA assigned the patents to NM, LLC from NeoMedia.
2. The latest filing releases the security assignment from YA to NeoMedia to perfect NM, LLC's ownership.

As described in the default agreement, the first assignment after the default should have been from NeoMedia to YA. Then 1 and 2.
