wow, dead volume, no buyers.
I cant blame them, Outstanding Shares count was 240 million a month ago, Today = 416 million shares
This is a fact folks, you can check it out. So Wade & Billington dumped 170million shares in a month.( I am assuming mostly left over convertible debt converted to shares, remember their conversion rate is 0.001, and dumped in the market )

I knew they have been dumping shares, and I said here many times they have, Turned out I was 100% correct.
But I think share dilution isn't over yet. Roughly, they dump 50million shares a week.I think another few months of shr.dilution( by debt conversion) is on the menu.
Of course lets not forget Wade & Billington can issue themselves $900,000 worth of free shares( roughly 200mil. free shares every year) ,it is in annual 10K , take a look folks
Anyway, the bottomline is, as I said before, this is a dead money for a while, and I think it will stuck between 0.003 - 0.005 for sometime.
