It's quite simple Scott put out a 43-101 that was BS.
It contained information that wad not true and they were forced to to reissue the 43-101.
Given a CTO for their efforts and used the suckers as an atm.

A short squeeze would be joined with a large number of FTD'S prior to the squeeze.
The FTD'S don't exist.
