I've owned this for a tad bit less than 2 years & ( especially after the HUGE LOW / DIP @ appr. Feb. 2016 ) averaged down to (appr.) US$ 6.00 a share = 16.67% dividend per year. ( Currently ) I 'DON'T care' about share price as I plan to reap the monthly dividends 'FOREVER'.
;p

I'm ( from Europe ) & curious about this part for my understanding ( for the future ) :

Pay-out date ( D'UH ! XD ) : May 18th
Record date : April 28th
Ex-div date : April 26th
So does this mean that IF 1 would buy today ( April 25th ), I would be entitled to receive the relevant dividend ( on May 18th ), but not if tomorrow, because then the EX(PIRY?)-div date of April 26th has been reached, right ?

I've researched this before but forgot the result, I think the above is right ?

( I ask you because you appear knowledgable ( with many posts ) incl. dollar sign for investor thingy @ Ihub :) )

Thanks in advance !
