I was thinking...I wonder if iTALK will now merge directly with the sub that will be owned by Lee instead of with UMS Inc. As it stands right now that agreement has not been completed due to the Preferred share snaffu.

We know TALK shares will exist beyond the bk and the debtor sub is referring to them as the Parent company.

Otherwise they can update their articles of incorporation to include the Preferred shares and complete the original agreement with Lee.

Just making guesses here. Anyone else have any thoughts?

If anyone says they have an investment philosophy, remind them that a monkey picked a winning portfolio over a fund manager...then fling your poop at them.
