The share count has been fluctuating from between .90 - 1.05% of the ETF. That may be normal buying and selling within the ETF itself. I suspect it is.

I would agree that I don't think the ETF has been unloading anything yet, so unless Keith finds a way to absorb all these millions of shares that will be sold at some point this price could get really cheap in the next six weeks or so. JMO
