More info on March 31st Filing

1. They can't raise more than $1.5MM so long as their market cap is below $75MM.

2. They can only raise 1/3 of the public float and the total public float is $3.8MM.

You have to read the prospectus carefully. purpose of recent filings was also to register the options due.
