From the "overall view" this company has a continual operating loss.

The promotion for a year has been "5-6 million in annual revenues!!" but clearly the actual revenues are less than 4 million annualized. (closer to 3.6m).

Dilution galore.

Still no explanation why a truck body manufacturer in LA would buy a landscaper in San Diego.

Anyone enthusiastic about this stock is clearly not interested in either:

a) profits
b) a business plan which makes any sense.
