excell thank you, “Ask me that same question a hundred years from now.” its a good answer and current time as I see it;
a private person ex. mostly, do not have the right to the airspace above
the property and to the mineral rights etc. below the property -
mostly the rights are to improve upon the land and the more
improvements the higher taxes -
high taxes can bankrupt any one -
it has happen to much for many -
