In addition, I spoke with Clay at Kawa Capital Partners very briefly last week and he indicated that they have not spoken with Anderson and they now own the property and they currently have the property up for private sale.

Wayne just showed up long enough to sign the QuitClaim deed then email his friends telling them he still had the deed to the property.

Other than that, his email didn't lie.

Unless he also discussed something else.
