Facts:

This was trading over .10 when reverse split was mentioned to be be done through the merger of Oncolix with AEPP, but market responded to such and this now is trading under .03 today. As we are seeing, required filings are still being made from the merger of Oncolix with AEPP. The facts!

Reverse Split has on the table and until mentioned otherwise, will still be on the table.
