No, I would buy the warrant for $1 and sell for $6, which would beat the stock appreciation, say buy today, $3 stock, or $1 warrant, as outlined in detail on previous post, then buy the stock from there to $100, then probably get a dividend, I guess.

In fact I no longer believe the stock pps will make the $5 or 6 dollar level at all since the 14a.
