I am also very surprised this hasn't climbed to .20 with the probable rmat approval. I don't understand all the sells with the approval close at hand....unless the approval is much further away than everyone expects and the shorts know this and shares are being accumulated at much lower prices. It just gives the longs a chance to buy also.
