You are correct BossMonkey 100%. This Jim Farooque supposedly CEO should be ashamed of himself and arrested by the SEC for letting Giorgio come in an walk all over him like he did. He has no backbone, unless which I am guessing Farooque got a piece of Giorgio's action. And now Giorgio wants nothing to do with SPRV, that only makes our assumption of what happened more realistic. Giorgio had a long term investment at SPRV that didn't work out and he found the perfect sucker in Farooque to let him in as an INTERIM CEO and manage the raid on the company.

And why is Farooque still here at SPRV, I will tell you why. There are still approx. 12 BILLION shares that can be sold and Farooque wants his payday before he bails. He has no loyalty to SPRV and shareholders, just look at his performance for the last year, it sucks. Any CEO in the country that ran a company like Farooque is doing would have been fired a long time ago. You think Warren Buffet or any decent comany has flakes like Farooque working for him, I don't think so.

So like Peter Forrest on this board has been saying: NO FINANCIALS, NO EMPLOYEES, NO MONEY, Bankruptcy is on the horizon, and unfortunately I agree with him at this point.

Thanks Jim Farooque, get a set of balls and run this company like a real CEO..
