Solaris Power Cells Inc (OTCMKTS:SPCL) is in Acquisition Mode

I'm Sure a lot of us has seen or have Read this Article on "SPCL". If you have not read this, Then it's worth Clicking the Link Below & Giving it a Scan, meaning a Read Through.

The agreement is subject to Solaris becoming current in its financial and SEC reporting obligations, and other conditions. Management believes the transaction will close by June 15th.
