I wish that were true but L2 is showing those are wash trades (all black numbers, every one of the trades was black). MM's trading shares to create volume IMO. The closing was to have happened on the 31st and I agree that it could take longer and business deals change all the time however, the CEO that announced the deal is no longer there and does not want to be contacted, the current CEO is no where to be found and will not answer or return calls or emails.
When you announce a deal of the magnitude that they did, causing millions of shares to be sold, you must do an update with your shareholders if there has been a delay. In this case, the silence is an answer on it's own. IMO, there was no deal and they had the arrogance to spin a story of that magnitude and assume that if they don't respond long enough, people will forget and move on.
I hope your are right and I am wrong. I really do but, at what point do we accept that they stole from us with a blatant lie...
