The Question and Answer Board

To: Clem, owner of I-Hub, all of I-hub Admin and all I-Hub members. I would like to start an open discussion concerning the creation of a "Parole Board" connected to the Jailhouse Board for purposes yet to be defined related to incorrigible members inhospitable to Investors Hub as defined by Admin that have reached the end of the line and are about to get the boot (Terminal Access).

The "Parole Board" would be a last ditch effort to reintegrate these members and for members looking to cut their sentence in half by demonstrating that they can be apart of the I-Hub community on a reduced scale.
The parameters would need to be discussed but not limited too: access to their unacceptable performance records, the type of social contract involved, participation or nonparticipation by I-Hub Admin and individual levels of achievement coupled with corresponding benefits. After lengthy discussion (permitting by I-Hub Admin) I would propose an initial start of 10 moderators 5 picked by Admin and 5 picked by those initial 5 for total of 10 that would hold a three member conference parole hearing on the jailhouse board itself. It would be in public or in private PM meeting with qualifications yet to be specified.

This is just a proposal for a site wide change in how we deal with punishment concerning our jailed members.

"Parole Board" members would be advocates for rehabilitating members using a more positive approach to coercing these members using a tool chest that might be more benefiting than the current mode using a 3lb hammer, force induced compliance, satire, insults and disrespect for disrespect.
I am proposing a radical change to enforcement and punishment in dealing with our members that find it hard to function in our community without penalties being imposed upon them

*Understand that during the discussion/formation of our Mod Squad members it did not initially go over very well with the then dominate overseer and owner Matt. It was eventually created and is now a cornerstone of compliance and enforcement.

Let's take an honest look at the proposal and draft a format for what it would look like and how it would function, or not what ever, just a thought on how we could improve how our site functions.
