Thank you for correcting my math, as it should have been 10,000 shares instead of 4,000 left over.
Still, it's massive loss for original shareholders where there's little chance to regain the losses.
It hurts retail shareholders who don't have large accounts or who can't do turnaround trades the same day, which most if not all brokers don't allow for sub penny stock.

We get caught in the 3 day settle delay and in a great number of the cases the pps has dropped back to almost sub penny and can't trade in time.
