dvme is not a sec filer and 'filing' to be 'current' with the OTCM is totally bogus.

A scam with 12 billion shares authorized is set up as a ATM scam only and sure reverse split when the stock bottoms out from massive dilution. dvme was diluted to zilch and now the r/s will allow the crooks to start over again.

Expect a new market segment, maybe weed.
