So far, Thomas has recovered $345,000 that's currently in the receivership bank account. This was money intercepted or recovered by the initial payment installments from the settlement. Money still owed by AdvisorShares is 2.5 million plus 6% interest. Also, we are seeking to get our URL back which is worth millions. We are also entitled to sue for damages as stipulated by the filings.

So far attorneys fees on behalf of Thomas's lawyer have been approximately $93,000 and another $20,000 which was granted by the court. So the fees have been reasonable.
