A 50 lb bag of pancake mix can be bought wholesale for under $100 and will yield over 1200 pancakes which is approximately .08 per pancake.
Nate's yields at best 9 per can which equals .22 per pancake.

So take a college or large restaurant that may serve 1000 or more per day..................................

Not cost effective.
