Yes, this is huge. It's definitely a win win for shareholders. We just need to maximize payout distribution.

We will recover at a minimum money owed by AdvisorShares through the settlement.

Did you also notice that no creditors filed a claim. Most likely because they knew they wouldn't get anything as I predicted.
