With over 13 billon shares in the float, and climbing, investors that have shares now may continue to see their percent-ownership in the market cap plummet.
Investing is risk/reward, but this wall of dilution doesn't seem to be subsiding anytime soon.
I think they may need to raise the share authorization again very soon, because it does not appear that USMJ has enough shares authorized to accommodate the convertible notes currently on the books.
