Facilities/Food Service companies like Aramark, Compass or Sodexo would love to spend 10X's the cost of dry pre-mixed pancake batter that you just add water to.

A distributor like Sysco sells bulk much cheaper than one can buy Bisquick for, which is a fraction of Nate's pancake insulation!

Even a small college may sell hundreds of pancakes for breakfast.

Do the math!

As for waste,experienced chefs know what their usage is.

Also,pancake batter can be refrigerated for a day or two.

Such suggestions are beyond comical!
