Perhaps... Also possible that the lawyer became overtly aware of the 'facts & law' as he was preparing his 'last' papers and convinced he was championing a 'frivolous' case vulnerable to punitive sanctions and all the legal costs of the other party that both he & client would be exposed to. (when that happens it takes both party's to agree to a dismissal; a very weak & hazardous position to find yourself in).

I see it as a good sign that TRON is anxious to move ahead ASAP, and that Rene cares enough about shareholders to give such news promptly.
