No crystal ball but logical guessing.

When they filed for the shelf - I said the same thing.

Filing shelf is good but the timing of actual raise may give us indication of quality of results.

The co does not have any new trial on hand and has enough cash. So they do not need funds immediately. If results are good they could wait till SP increase and start raising money later. If not raise money before SP tanks.
