Ah, you seem to know the way I work. I like to call it slow and steady. :)

I plan to finish the electrical work today. I had to add grounds to two socket boxes, a double-gang switch box and outside light box that showed up when I opened up the wall. I added two utility boxes for the new wall sconces on the sides of the fireplace. Nothing in the original two-wire 15 amp service is grounded. I crawled under the house to get to the ground I had installed into the new kitchen and ran a 12 gauge bare wire to a box and then to the other boxes. You can do construction wonders with an open wall. I also set audio banana jacks and a coax connector into the wall.

I plan to add a bedroom and bath in 2018. If I screw up on the j-bolt placement into the stem wall and have to set new bolts I now know how to work the epoxy. Live and learn.

Have a great day.
