steve should be held accountable for all the losses that have occurred, and should be made to answer all shareholder questions. Also steve should not be proud of what he has done to shareholders who have been caught up in this POS, if there is no reason for him to hide from shareholders physically or financially through his delinquency with the SEC, why does he?? If there is nothing to hide come clean about everything. You ask "what's the problem" as if you don't know the history of debt, lawsuits and a collapsed share price along with the upcoming dilution. For a man who has admittedly lost his shirt with this sham, you certainly are also willing to persuade others to lose theirs.
