What it really means , , , For those who are following this stock, 2017 is a year of restructuring finances and securing more $$$. To date, they converted all their convertible notes to a fixed price series B convertible preferred stock and they recently signed a term sheet for 1 Million. When I jumped into this stock on Jan 1, I knew it was long and uphill battle. I have confidence in this team and in the block chain industry. While some refuse to believe in this industry, it is the future. Like it or not! At this low price , , , I certainly believe the risk outweighs the incredible potential. Good luck to all!
