In biotech world - No news is bad news in 90% of the cases.

Reason is clear - these small outfits need good news to support their SP - so they share any smallest good news.

ARTH was one of the only few biotech bright spots for me but it is going exactly same as CTIX-CYDY-AVXL

Bad finances - delays -lack of transparency and SP tanks.
