They are trying to move the needle up today--can't break mid .70's resistance. People want to buy this in the low .70's.


Here is what Mark Dayton has done--he has been cautiously supportive of "the process" when it comes to PLM and he decimated Twin Metals. He is playing both sides of the field. I certainly don't think he loves PLM, but he understands that the DFL in MN needs it, and they killed off Twin Metals to appease their enviro fringe.
