OS(outstanding shares) count 416 million shares now,
I knew Wade & Billington have been diluting , and I told everyone here
2 weeks ago, OS was 348mil. shares
and 1 month ago was 244mil. shares

Looks like 2 weeks later will be 500+ million shares

No wonder they increased the AS( authorized shares) count to 1+ billion shares
